Hitson Cabinet warrants the Cabinetry which this warranty accompanies to be free from defects in craftsmanship and material during the warranty period. The company makes no further express warranty period.

The Hitson product is warranted for one (1) year from the date of delivery of the product to the first consumer purchaser or fifteen (15) months from the date of manufacture of the product, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, all defective parts will be replaced free of charge, by Hitson Cabinet.

In keeping with its continuous refinement policy, Hitson reserves the right to alter specifications and styles without general notice of obligation to make similar changes Hitson products previously produced.

DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:

Cabinets and Materials: Will be replaced or repaired upon notification to Hitson that a problem exists.

Doors: That are warped 1/4" or less must be allowed to hang through one heating cycle before replacement at no charge will be made. The reason for this is that occasionally a cabinet door will warp slightly when first installed because of different humidity conditions. In most cases, the door will return to its normal flat position after going through one heating cycle.

Finish: Problems must be inspected by a Hitson field represenative. Determination will be made at that time whether to effect repair in the field or to return the product to the factory for refinishing or replacement.
